What would a vector orthogonal to three vectors not on the same plane look like?

This question entered my head when i was looking at how a binormal vector converted a line from 2 dimensional to 3.|||It would have to be in the 4th dimension. Higher dimensions start to get pretty crazy... here's an awesome video to help you visualize them:
