I have a vector image in Illustrator i need to transfer to Publisher, and need to keep it as a vector image? Like, when i make it smaller ot larger in publisher, i dont want it ruining the image (pixels) -
How can i do this?
Thanks so much|||Export your Illustrator files as a wmf or emf (windows/enhanced meta file). They are both vector image formats and should work in publisher.
Alternatively, you can directly copy (ctrl C) what you want from your illustrator file and past it (ctrl V) into your publisher document.|||There's everything you need: http://uploading.com/files/OAB3047Y/Adobe Illustrator CS2 Classroom in a Book.chm.html

import,

ai file is not compatible, you could convert to eps file then import, yet still would require add on filter,
File formats that don't require a graphics filter:
(.gif, .gfa)
(.jpeg, .jpg, .jfif, .jpe)
(.bmp, .rle, .dib, .bmz)
(.png)
(.tiff)
(.emf)
(.wmf)
File formats that require a graphics filter:
You do need a graphics filter installed to insert the following graphics file formats directly into your publication.
(.cgm)
(.cdr)
露 (.eps)
(.pct, .pict)
(.pcz)
(.wpg)
